This video will show you how to capture and record your computer screen to video for free using one of two sites. The sites are Screenjelly.com and ScreenToaster.com

Recording your screen to video is helpful if you need to show somebody, say a friend or family member, how to do something on their computer but you are not able to due to distance or time constraints.
